EBC Degreaser & Multipurpose Cleaner is a professional-grade liquid concentrate engineered to tackle oil, grease, grime, and heavy buildup across a wide range of surfaces. This powerful formula works by breaking down the molecular bonds that hold oil together, making it an excellent choice for industrial degreasing and general-purpose cleaning in one product.

Strong enough for gas station pads, parking stalls, equipment, dumpster areas, and drive-thrus – yet gentle enough to be used as part of a house wash or building wash mix – EBC Degreaser is a true multipurpose solution that helps reduce the need to carry multiple cleaners. It is also compatible with Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) in exterior cleaning setups.

Recommended Dilution Ratios

Use the dilution that matches the job. Always test first on a small area.

General Cleaning

Examples: sidewalks, store entrances, house wash, building wash, pavers, patios, driveway cleaning, sealant prep, light machinery

• X-Jet / Downstream mix: 5–18 oz EBC per 5 gallons of water
• Dwell time: ~3 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly (especially around windows)

Heavy Duty Cleaning

Examples: gas/diesel pads, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, heavy equipment, garages, engine degreasing, heavily soiled concrete

• X-Jet / Downstream mix: 16–32 oz EBC per 5 gallons of water
• Dwell time: ~5 minutes
• Agitate if needed, then rinse

Concrete Degreasing – Heavy Buildup / Stains

Examples: parking stalls, oil spills, food grease spills, hydraulic oil spills, grease collection areas, pump islands

• Pump sprayer mix: 50/50 (equal parts EBC and water)
• Dwell time: 2 minutes
• Agitate aggressively with stiff broom
• Let area sit 15–20 minutes, then pressure wash
• Reapply a light mist at 50/50 to chase remaining stains and rinse again

Important Notes

• Do not allow EBC to dry on the surface – always keep it wet and rinse thoroughly
• Rinse glass and windows extremely well if applying near window areas
• EBC is compatible with bleach (SH), but EBC itself is not a mold/mildew remover
• Always test first, especially on sensitive finishes
