EaCo Chem HD Britenol is a professional-grade mild-acid cleaning and brightening detergent formulated for safe and effective restoration of exterior building surfaces. Designed to remove atmospheric pollutants, oxidation, light mineral deposits, and organic soiling, HD Britenol delivers excellent cleaning power without the aggressive etching associated with stronger acids. This makes it ideal for EIFS, anodized aluminum, architectural metals, vinyl, cast stone, limestone blends, and other delicate substrates that require controlled, non-destructive cleaning.

Application Guidelines

• Pre-Wet the Surface:Lightly wet the surface with clean water before applying HD Britenol. Do not oversaturate.
• Apply HD Britenol Twice:For best results, apply HD Britenol two times, allowing several minutes between applications.

Do not allow the product to dry on the surface at any point.

• Optional Two-Step System:

  For maximum performance—especially under eaves or in heavy pollution areas—HD Britenol can be used as the acidic step in a two-step cleaning process:

  • Step 1: Apply HD Britenol

  • Step 2: Follow with Cleansol BC (alkaline neutralizing cleaner)

  • Rinse

This combination enhances cleaning on stubborn or shadowed surfaces.

• Rinse Thoroughly:

  • Rinse with cold water using low pressure.

  • Avoid pressures that could mark or damage the substrate.

  • Do not use a zero-degree nozzle.

  • Continue rinsing until all residue is fully removed.

Coverage

• Coverage rates will vary based on dilutions, porosity severity of stain, application method, and other factors. Proper testing will determine actual coverage rate.
