EaCo Chem Heritage Restorer is a powerful, non-corrosive restoration detergent designed for cleaning historically significant or chemically sensitive masonry. Its unique blend of surfactants, mild acids, and water-based solvents removes mineral oxide residues, atmospheric grime, light efflorescence, hydrocarbons, and environmental staining — all while protecting delicate substrates. Safe for sandstone, brick, limestone, granite, marble, synthetic stone, architectural metals, terrazzo, cast stone, glass, and more, Heritage Restorer delivers exceptional cleaning results without harsh etching or surface damage.

Application Guidelines

• Pre-Wet the Surface: Lightly wet the surface with clean water before application.
• Apply Undiluted: Heritage Restorer is always used straight — never diluted. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer.
• Dwell Time: Allow the product to dwell for several minutes. Do not allow it to dry on the surface.
• Optional Second Application: For heavy soiling or porous substrates, apply a second coat before rinsing.
• Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse with cold water using low pressure. Avoid zero-degree nozzles or any pressure that could mark the substrate.

Coverage

Heritage Restorer provides approximately 75–250 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity, stain severity, and application technique.
